Anybody feeling energetic (really energetic!) – there is a Zumba class at Caryford, Ansford, on Tuesday evenings at 6.00. £4.00 a session. For anyone who has not heard of Zumba I can only discribe it as a lively dance workout to Latin American/Caribbean type music. Great fun and suitable for all ages.
